Spaghetti Squash

Cut squash in half lengthwise.  Scoop out seeds and pulp.  Place open side down in baking pan.  Add approximately an inch of water.  Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes until tender.  Use a fork to remove “spaghetti” from the squash.

Delicious served with Italian meat sauce and parmesan cheese.

Nutritional Notes:  3/4 cup squash provides 1 serving of carbohydrates.
